I don’t understand the app why can’t someone even get an reply I’ve been on the app for over 7 months but I don’t have any friends yet

SAVE FRIENDS: When you see someone’s profile who you want to be friends with, simply send them a pals request. If they accept you’ll be added to each others “My Pals” so you can chat and talk whenever you want!
CHAT: Either text or video chat through your pals list and stay connected with your newfound friends from all over the world!
COMMUNITY: Video “Pals” are a worldwide community of people who know just how important it is to have friends in life, no matter what age you are or how far away you are.

I love this app
It’s so simple to use and helps me connect with so many different people!! Everyone is real and trustable. Definitely recommend getting this app!
Constantly Freezing
This app is constantly freezing for a day or more then magically works. A pain in the neck. Their issue has NOT been fixed. Also watch for scams from people posting. One person has several profiles with the same picture, different names.
Terrible
The app gets stuck on the load page. Won’t open and when it does it is Sooooooo buggy. Runtime errors, screen freeze. Seems like a waste of time
Problem
Can’t get to talk with my friends on the app It’s not letting me into it Just had it only a week Please fix the problem
VideoPals is awesome!
Video Pals is amazing! It helped me stay connected with family members and friends who are staying safe during the pandemic. I've also made some awesome new friends who have really helped me when I needed someone to talk to about being so distant from social interaction. Friendly to all ages and can really make a difference. 5 Stars!!!
