Not too long ago, I grew tired of expensive subscriptions in a small market of recording apps that either had overly complicated features or lacked options altogether. So I turned a solution for me into a product for you. Videou really is the ultimate video recording app designed for the gym-goer, musician or dancer that combines essential functionality with exclusive features that you won't find anywhere else. Now on iOS 17+ you also have the choice to use a new recording mode "Shazam mode". This starts the video recording when the timestamp of a saved song is reached during playback. This is powered by Shazam and also works through wireless headphones. Flick through the slides to see how it works :) Features - Continuously plays music from any streaming service while recording, whether you're connected via Bluetooth or not - Flexible video storage options, allowing you to choose any location and easily access the most recent video in that album - Supports your device's maximum resolution on both the front and back cameras for high-quality recordings - Ability to control video recording with your Bluetooth headset's media buttons, enabling you to start or stop recording effortlessly - Selectable fall-over detection with an on-screen and Bluetooth (if connected) audible alert, notifying you if your camera has been moved - Fully functional even without a Bluetooth connection - Option to select a countdown timer to aid in creating shorter videos, with the ability to customize timer intervals - Choice to use automatic re-arming, allowing you to start recording again without returning to your phone Main image credited at "Lady (Hear Me Tonight)" credited at ## Videou Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/83/42/82/8342822f-d2c1-a62c-427d-daf884473780/1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/89/9c/44/899c4488-41b7-0df6-4426-6964cf3d2811/2.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/03/17/5d/03175de5-8b6f-085d-07fc-6479edafae7f/3.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/3b/39/4b/3b394bcd-df9b-4bc6-ca7d-fba393b1896e/4.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/80/2a/03/802a03ce-ccaa-3e2e-80b4-0f3f99398299/5.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/04/f0/32/04f032b3-02bf-0b12-b052-944f181c8890/6.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/6e/76/bf/6e76bf95-837a-144d-b239-ea52d3f2db6b/7.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/3b/4f/70/3b4f70cc-a481-2543-b23e-008a2b5ae1d7/8.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/b2/41/a9/b241a9d9-cacf-9411-91a2-a3c909169a2b/9.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/82/c2/09/82c20917-5567-858c-3b5d-18a458430739/10.png/1284x2778.png) ## Videou Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 143 (84%) - 4 stars: 12 (7%) - 3 stars: 8 (5%) - 2 stars: 3 (2%) - 1 stars: 5 (3%) ## Videou Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/canada) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/nigeria) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/india) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/ukraine) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/united-arab-emirates) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/germany) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/south-korea) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/norway) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/pakistan) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/hungary) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/switzerland) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/nepal) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/peru) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/vietnam) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/sweden) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/ireland) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/czechia) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/videou-play-music-and-record-zHBl/malaysia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
