Register your account in the app and connect Videx IPure devices by simply acquiring the device’s QR code. You can receive calls coming from your door panel wherever you are, without needing to keep the application open. Call the connected devices and operate gates and doors even when you are away from home. If another user has opened the gate, there is no way to tell, so if you activate it as well, it actually stops the gate from opening! v2.0.0 is nearly unusable! I keep the firmware on the handsets and the gate module regularly updated, despite no alerts from Videx any firmware updates are available. My latest firmware update bricked the gate module, which required a physical reset and rolling back to the previously working firmware version. Now I have lost trust in future firmware updates. The app itself is also poor. Establishing a video link first time is rare during a call, and often audio isn’t working either making this setup unusable. You can see from the quality of the app itself it’s a bit shoddy and really isn’t up to standards of what you would expect these days.
