The Vidimote upgrades for your video watching experience: • SPEEEED: watch videos at up to 2 x original speed, finely adjustable in 5% steps. Save time watching videos - without missing out on any content. Or watch a live stream's recorded part at increased speed - until you're "back to live". • CONTROL: jump ±10 seconds, use the position slider and - of course - play and pause. • SKIP: quickly skip to the end of a video you don't want to see • ACTUAL TIME REMAINING: see how much _actual_ time remains to the end of the video - adjusted to the playback speed. • LIVE STREAM CLOCK: see the approximate clock time for your current position in the live stream, making it really easy to find f.ex. the beginning of a show. • PICTURE IN PICTURE (PiP): move web videos to picture in picture - and continue watching while using other apps. • FULLSCREEN: enlarge web videos to fullscreen. • MUTE/UNMUTE: mute and unmute web videos. SUPPORTED WEBSITES Vidimote was written and designed to work with HTML5 web videos everywhere - and in our testing it has, including the websites of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Twitch, TED.com, Udemy, Khan Academy, MagentaTV, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, ownCloud, Nextcloud, Dropbox, Amazon Drive, Google Drive and OneDrive. Given the sheer number of websites out there, however, we can't guarantee that Vidimote works with every single web video out there. If you run into a video where it doesn't work, please let us know via our website's contact/support form. ## Vidimote for Safari Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/5a/31/12/5a31120d-c496-2ee6-ae37-97e5311fdfd8/510e8ac4-2ee2-4d93-b8b0-9fc65042eb72_App-Store-iPhone-1.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/49/c9/d5/49c9d585-2431-3f17-ed72-8ad914e8f421/f4e9d50b-c600-4fa5-afb8-99008a85551a_App-Store-iPhone-4.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource125/v4/dc/67/ae/dc67aedc-80b8-1886-3f88-e56d748a6e0d/acae506b-cf8a-4d47-8c7f-e5f0197f82c9_App-Store-iPhone-2.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource115/v4/a2/c2/0a/a2c20a6d-97ef-6592-f499-9f88721c4d95/df0adb61-b81c-41f2-928d-3b371b4dc94c_App-Store-iPhone-3.png/1242x2688.png) ## Vidimote for Safari Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 45 (73%) - 4 stars: 5 (8%) - 3 stars: 1 (2%) - 2 stars: 2 (3%) - 1 stars: 9 (15%) ## Vidimote for Safari Reviews in United States ### *---- "Not Functioning" I’d really love to change this review, but it doesn’t serve the one function I purchased for. When using this to Airplay lots of videos, it only casts the audio, same issue with the internal Airplay button. -- agill13, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "You’re awesome!!!" It’s the lil things in life, being able to fast forward through an automated product online commercial /online ads/infomercial and giving you the capacity to get to the point of it and watch the aforementioned titles in the whole screen without the browser search bar on top or bottom !!! - JUST that is worth the price of this app, thank you so much like seriously and genuinely appreciated! And this was in the last two minutes of using it hahaha LOVING IT!!!! -- NYCMICHAELANGELO, 2024-11-07 ### ***** "Great app, great interface, works on MOBILE Safari! (😊)" So grateful to have access to this on iPad/iPhone! Thank you for continuing to improve this great utility! I would request you add ability to control embedded *audio* files as well (eg Washington Post audio narration). For now I added another extension to do that! -- CountBasil, 2024-05-03 ### ***-- "Airplay" I don't see the airplay button. Ugh! -- LeahLee881906, 2024-02-06 ### ***** "Works exactly as promised" I really needed playback controls with Safari's PiP player and this app delivers. Super useful and for such a reasonable price. -- ScoobyDooVillainSyndrome, 2023-10-09 ### ***** "2x speed on YouTube SHORTS" Vidimote is worth it for this feature alone but being able to set speeds above the default 2x also handy for audio content (eg podcasts, where the video doesn’t matter). -- Turrican888, 2023-08-07 ### **--- "Airplay just doesn't work" Airplay just doesn't work. Icon appears, then video on safari getting back and nothing happens on Apple TV -- nedinov, 2023-04-08 ### **--- "It’s ok not worth 5 bucks tho" This should be 1.99. Not really worth it you go to a new tab and still can’t control the video that’s playing. -- Jeoeieie, 2022-02-25 ### *---- "Giving one star because" Giving one star because you paid 5 dollars for it and when you press on the Vidimote extension it focuses on more on the option and darkens the actual video puts it into the background…. Instead they should increase Vidimote options without making the YouTube page in the background defocused or dark… I’ll give 5 stars if you fix that… right now it’s annoying… I want to be able to focus on video than the options… -- I am the SuperMan, 2022-02-23 ### *---- "not work in fullscreen" when I use full screen i get that default player and 15 sec video content.. what a waste of money -- nximX, 2021-12-25 [View all Vidimote for Safari reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Vidimote for Safari Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Kazakhstan | Utilities | #3 | | Top Paid | Kazakhstan | Overall | #8 | | Top Paid | Romania | Utilities | #26 | | Top Paid | Ukraine | Utilities | #32 | | Top Paid | South Korea | Utilities | #37 | | Top Paid | United States | Utilities | #40 | | Top Paid | Switzerland | Utilities | #82 | | Top Paid | Australia | Utilities | #130 | | Top Paid | Algeria | Utilities | #137 | | Top Paid | China | Utilities | #146 | | Top Paid | Romania | Overall | #158 | | Top Paid | Czechia | Utilities | #175 | | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Utilities | #175 | | Top Paid | Ukraine | Overall | #189 | | Top Paid | Pakistan | Utilities | #235 | ## Apps Similar to Vidimote for Safari -
