Online check-in unavailable for some flights. Delayed flights ~30% of the time. Apart from this the app and the company are doing their job : flying cheap.

I reserved 2 times with this company and had a lot of problems. The website is very bad, impossible to register or check flight.

They charged my credit card few times on their website,they promised to refund me after 3 months and now they don't reply to my email anymore. Of course no office to complain. Also this company has always their flights delays (most of the time more than 1 hours). We also felt few times lack of oxygen during the landing. I highly NOT recommend this "company"

Why don’t they fix the problems? I regret having booked tickets and being unable to even connect to the application!!!

Impossible de se connecter correctement ou d acheter des suppléments . Et bien sûre plus chère en aéroport

L’application est absolument nulle. Beaucoup de bug qui persiste.

Either the app or the website, both are the worst and give you such a hard time to book or process changes. You fill in all details within a Few minutes but it tells your session is expired due to inactivity for 10 minutes. On the app you can’t even see the dates boxes not select the year. A serious update needs to be done.
