Data privacy protection is damn bad
This app is very bad in the data privacy protection. Once you booked the flight ticket, a lot of scam emails received from Vietnam such as travel insurance, traveloka booking… It proves that our data information being leaked and it breaches the data privacy protection policy. Apple team please review this app as it’s not trusted source and very dangerous for end users.

Chưa bao giờ dùng app dịch vụ nào khiến ức chế như của VNA Đến việc vào đánh giá này cũng phải bắt buộc người ta nghĩ ra 1 cái biệt danh để hiển thị mà lại còn là unique. Chúa tôi! Ai rảnh mà ngồi nghĩ account unique cho dịch vụ tồi tệ
App tệ hại
Một hãng hàng không lớn mà lại làm ra một cái app trải nghiệm tệ hại khủng khiếp. Từ việc đăng nhập, flow forgetpass, book vé trải nghiệm, đổi thông tin đều rất tệ hại.

Tới bước thanh toán quay vòng vòng ko thể thanh toán, lại phải vô máy tính mới làm đc! Thật bất tiện
Extremely laggy
The worst airline app in the world. You can’t purchase ticket for someone else. When you logged into their website, you can’t log out. I was in the last step of paying for the ticket, and the website crashed 5 times.
