If I could rate it 0 stars I would. It was working ok until all of a sudden it wasn’t. First the app was giving me login issues. Then the app suddenly started crashing every time I would try to open it. I deleted it and reinstalled it hoping that would help. It didn’t. Now I can’t use the app at all.

This app is pretty good the app the has good quality’s and some glitches that take patience! BUT it’s not all bad. I don’t think that their is a quality control department 
I did do research and couldn’t really find help I did speak to someone like a year ago and didn’t get feed back I think I was supposed to hear something back never did lol. 
The problem occurs off and on with the connection? I sent the issue to the help center so we shall see.

For a company that claims to support its products and customers so well, you’ve certainly ignored this app for a while. Especially considering how important remote work is in the world today. Please fix it. I’m literally going to replace my entire phone system for 400 users because of how bad this app is. 

CallKit support should be a no brainer. 
Built in vpn support in the app would be great. 
Random sign-out and connectivity issues. 
Update for modern resolutions please!

There is a huge delay from when the call comes in until it connects and by the time the call connects the person has already hung up.

This app sounds like a great idea, and it sometimes works, but more often than not is just plain awful. 

It constantly requires me to log in. Once I do, it is somewhat functional for about a day. 

Push notifications are not enough. We need CallKit support so it actually rings. Alternatively, it could benefit from playing a loud, long ring rather than a little default alert sound. 

I can not believe it still does not support modern  devices resolutions! 

When actually on a call, LTE connection seem fine. However, calls taken over WiFi do not roam to other access points or switch over to LTE when WiFi is lost. This is very unprofessional when on an important call. 

I would love for these issues to be fixed. So many others have figured out voip, why is Vertical so far behind the ball??

This app would be PERFECT for letting me place or receive calls while away from my desk - however I cannot receive calls unless the app is open and on-screen on my iPhone! This defeats the purpose (IMHO). If I was expecting a call, I would be at my desk - the point of this software is to allow me to accept unexpected calls when I am away from my desk.
Since this lack of “our-of-app” notification breaks the most basic feature, I have to give it one star.
I really hope Vertical/Wave fixes this issue - I really would like this software to work as it should.

Notifications take so many gestures to open, swipe left, tap view, enter password to unlock phone. I usually miss the call. 
My company only allows connection while on our wifi. If I forget to turn off notifications before I leave I get all notifications and can't turn them off, or log out. 
No ability to set a ringtone
App is clunky, slow, and ugly.

So, we have a lot of users who are in and out of the office all day. If they leave and update their status using this mobile app, it doesn’t update anyone’s desktop client application unless one logs out then back in!

Not sure if new iOS or app version but the notifications no longer pop up on banner or otherwise. Our users are missing incoming calls completely and that's bad for business. Please resolve! Only option is to switch to forward to external numbers and we lose tracking of calls and all other options.
