## Vigilo Description
About this app
Two-way communication for childcare, school and SFO
Vigilo is a communication platform that simplifies everyday life for parents and employees. If you have a child in childcare, school or SFO, Vigilo makes is easy to stay updated.

Messaging

Is grandpa going to pick up the kids today? Will the child be going home with another child? Send a message to the childcare, school or SFO with the Vigilo-app. In addition, you get an overview of the individual messages and announcements you have received, and you can answer them at any time.

Absence

Is your child sick, or does it have a day off? Provide the employees with a quick notice through the app, and they now have an updated overview.

Settings

Let the communication become more personal by adding a profile picture. We recommend activating push-notifications for incoming messages.

Hvis minimumkriteriet er å kunne sende melding frem og tilbake, så gjør Vigilo til og med det vanskelig. 

1. Ingen søkefunksjon (moro med 10-20 meldinger i uka på tvers av alderstrinn og skole/sfo)
2. Grensesnitt mellom app og browser er som to vidt forskjellige verdener
3. Det aller mest nødvendige,  nemlig oppdatert info om eget barn via f.eks. kalender (timeplan), søknader, påmeldinger etc er ikke tilgjengelig i app.
4. Det er ingen mapper for sendte filer - artig å lete seg frem til riktig melding som inneholdt en lekseplan eller infobrev når det ikke er et medieområde eller søkefunksjon
5. For eldre barn; melding om fravær og advarsel komme ikke i app. Så det må man manuelt inn i browser og sjekke i ny og ne - just in case.

Vigilo; dere har all mulighet til å legge til funksjoner som foreldre faktisk trenger. Ikke vent til kommunekontraktene deres går ut for å gjøre nettopp det.

Appen bør skrotes og en helt ny bør opprettes av en webutvikler som vet hva de driver med.
