This ViHealth APP works with your Viatom devices. It enables you to view history data in devices:
-Connect the device via Bluetooth;
-Get data from device;
ViHealth is a personal health management application that works with your Viatom devices to bring the health monitoring equipment into full play, allowing easy health management.

View historical data
Measurements of the device can be synchronized to the APP that supports multiple styles of data display, enabling you to track your health conditions and achieve health goals.

Real-time monitoring
The APP provides a more user-friendly reading format, making it easy to quickly identify health conditions.

Share report
Share your health report with your relatives or doctors to enjoy more efficient health management.

Multi-user management
The APP supports health management for multiple users, helping you take care of your family members.

When it’s time to do the update from the AppStore, kill the application to make sure it not work in back ground. If you don’t do that, you won’t be able to get the latest version.

This app works correctly & keeps a record for me nicely. It could use an update of features though. It only shows the current years recordings in the graph. It would be nice to have 3 years worth & make it a line graph that would show each recording when you click on the dots. Also, you need to allow non account/subscribers to send feedback. 
Can you add to the apps programming to display all historic records of blood pressures over multiple years, perhaps 3 years worth, in the graph? Also, it would be useful if we could view it as a line graph with recorded data points and make each blood pressure dot clickable to show its recorded measurements, thanks. This would be useful for showing my doctor in their office.

I am having problems connecting the app to Apple health as a source. When you click on “app support” it goes to a webpage that is all chinese.

Love this app. Love the chart. Would like the ICG Heart rate to be accurate as it is wrong when I am in Irregular heartbeat. I have to add up all the peaks and divide by 2 in order to get the heartbeat rate.

Doesn’t differentiate between multiple users on a single iPhone.Apple health inputs data of all users into the Apple ID user of the phone rendering it useless. Also the app/ BP device creates mix of each other user data when connected to different iPhones.It’s a critical failure to multi user functionality.Medical grade apps / devices shouldn’t be released with improper testing and development.

April 28, 2023. - TRUE IDIOTS. Only thing these fools appear to be able to do is mess everything up on an absolutely consistent basis, with no recourse for we users. Was working perfectly of course but NO, they have to F it all up over and again and give users no recourse to downgrade or fix anything. Absolutely NO ABILITY TO CONTACT Devs, NOTHING! Totally BOGUS!!! — –– — ALSO, now they’ve taken out the ability to add Comments to BP Readings. IDIOTS!!! Ability to leave BP comment was already crappy and near impossible to use but at least you could leave a comment for readings if you were determined (not that they’d be included when sync to devices but at least you could enter them somewhere). Now nada. Am of course too terrified now to upgrade to any new version for fear app will stop working entirely again even on latest versions of iOS and will have absolutely no access to the device at all. Come on Devs! This is complete crap customer service. You need to be very, very, very ashamed of yourselves. Very! (Bunch of absolute freaking amateurs it would appear.)

iOS 10 👎👎 STILL BROKEN !!! v2.30.40/.41/.42/.43/.44/.45/.46 Instant Crash STILL!. 👎👎 Still crap. DEVS: PLEASE FIX this glitch on iOS10! Come on already! App no longer working on iOS 10. Instant crash.. Previous versions (*.35 or 36) worked fine overall, and of course no way to downgrade to that previous version. Multiple updates still NO FIX. No way to contact Devs either so ZERO STARS for that. “Contact Us” or “Help” only takes you to the sales page to buy products (or page in Chinese only). Same with Dev info on the Appstore. (The Checkme Blood Pressure unit is a great device though, and loved that it worked with this app on iOS 10 especially without having to sign up for an account and share your personal data. -- Sadly App Still No Good since 2.30.35+ updates. No fix from Devs. 👎🏻👎) DEVS: PLEASE FIX this glitch on iOS10!!!

After downloading the App I attempted to set up an account. It said my email address already existed and the password was incorrect 🙄. Fine, let’s try resetting the password…..well that was successful……but then it still says the password is invalid when logging in. Tried it multiple times and have never had this experience with any other App. Guess I either use the monitor without this useless App or I return it.
