Device is good. App is not.

I have no problem with the device itself, but the app is horrible. I am not sure why there are ads-on purchases Maybe it means it doesn’t work until you pay extra. It took Almost 45 minutes to pair. The sometimes it imports data, sometimes not. Also the GUI is awful. There is not even a BP chart to plot your data. Also could not find an interface for Apple Health, and it’s now in the box being returned Question for the company….why would you make a decent device and pair it with amateur software.

Records with gaps

Brondap on

United States

You’d think if you wear the oximeter overnight, the next morning when you sync, you’d get a single report. Instead it stops working multiple time and each night is broken into 4 reports. It usually doesn’t even report the first five hours of use and only reports the last 3 which is then broken apart into 4 reports. My doctor asked to see my reports but all I can tell him is this device is worthless!

Works Well!

SFPowerUser on

When searching for a BP monitor, I intentionally purchased one with Bluetooth so that vitals would be automatically recorded. This app does a good job. Also, it will give you real time readout too. I hope they develop an Apple Watch version. This would be awesome!

Still Waiting For An Update

BDE95 on

When are you going to update the app so it works as it was advertised with REMOTE LINKING so I can monitor REMOTELY? What a fraud company. Contacting the BBB and FTC. Ridiculous “company”

No integration and sync to Apple Health manually adding BP is a pain why can’t you integrate it with Apple health ?

Big Fix Update Issue

Tiffany😀 on

United States

The new bug fix update might have improved some features, but the application now doesn’t stay open long enough to take advantage of them. The app stays open for about 10 seconds and then closes. When it closes so quickly, the app doesn’t have time to take all of the data from the oximeter.

Loses contact with device

DR66667 on

When it works it’s great. Sadly that’s only about a third of the time. Continually loses contact with phone/device and can only reestablish connection by deleting the app and then downloading again and rebooting. Good idea but poor execution.

Excellent App for Health Monitoring with Seamless Device Connectivity

seorreva on

United States

I really like this app and its fast connectivity with devices like the Wellue oximeter and the Wellue blood pressure monitor with ECG. The AI-based analysis is highly accurate, and I love how it automatically logs all blood pressure data and ECG reports, which can be easily shared with a doctor in either CSV or PDF format. This app and its hardware are excellent, and I’m genuinely impressed.

Does not snyc to Apple health

digitalhatter on

United States

I bought this for having several health issues and had to get a cpap machine. It said it syncs with apple health and yet it does not! I need the spo2 data to snyc so I paid $200 bucks for a device that doesn’t actually help me.
