So I set my low pulse rate to 50 and high pulse rate to 120. This app sets off an alarm when my pulse rate is 70. The development team needs to fix this app. Until then, the rating stays at 1 since I couldn’t give it a 0.
So I don’t know if it is because of my new Apple iPhone 15 or if it was an update in the app, but I can no longer set the ranges for the highs and low ranges of pulse rate. O2 still works, but the pulse won’t set. I’m not sure if it’s because of the new rings and the oxylinks are no longer connected to the old ring finger oximeter or not. I only know every time I set the heart rate to 70 and back out it alarms at 60 even though the high is 70 and the low is 45. Contacted wellU /they said there is a new version but when I go to the App Store it doesn’t have an update there do download.
The PR reminder on this app is worthless. I turned it on and then set the parameters but then when I go back to the main screen, the PR reminder on the ring constantly turns off, this is a very important feature to me and I hope the developers will fix this problem.
Several customers including my self are experiencing an issue with setting the pulse rate threshold. The app is not allowing this function to work, very upsetting as this is the reason I purchased it for the alarm to notify me when my oxygen and pulse fall under the threshold while I’m sleeping. No one was answered to how and when this will be fixed
Has trouble connecting to my oxygen ring. The last update broke my device so it no longer functions . Waiting for an update. App needs to be tested better before a major update. I would have said 4 stars without these issues.
5/12/2024 The app is not keeping my settings for pulse rate and oxygen rate. I set the oxygen to 88 % to notify me on the dashboard, I set the PR low to 45 and high PR to 120 the app doesn’t keep these settings it defaults to nothing. The dashboard is constantly beeping when it shouldn’t be beeping. Please fix.
I have several units and they have worked well for the most part. The app was recently updated and now the iPhone constantly alarms for low heart rate on my phone even while exercising with the alerts shut off and being in the normal and in settings zone! I’m thinking it’s due to the updated app since it happens on all of my units, thumb and wrist. Unfortunate!!
The app is very glitchy. It only works half the time, and it is constantly freezing.
Since the latest update, the PR does not allow to set a high or low threshold and continuously alerts, it did not do this until the latest update.
This app has been great to give me peace of mind for a child who has epilepsy. Knowing when she has seizures is one thing, but the most important thing is to know if she stops breathing, or if her pulse decelerates rapidly. Unfortunately, the latest update has rendered the pulse rate features unworkable. Please fix what has been a great app. I have been using this app for three years with no problems until this latest update.
