i initially really liked the app, but recently i kept encountering a 3 minutes long ad with no skip button. sometimes they would even show this ad more than once, which was infuriating. a sudden jump from the usual 5-30 seconds long add to an unskippable 3min app was jarring and irritating. i was initially okay with 30seconds app but 3min was annoying, please consider shortening it by allowing skips
Wasted my time downloading and subscribing trying to find "Love In Contract". Turns out they don't even have it even though it is depicted in the pictures. Waste of time.
Singapore Viki don’t have newer kdrama, even some old drama Viki Singapore doesn’t cover. In fact many they didn’t cover. Thinking cancelling the subscription.
Not the recent and popular shows. Singapore region gets the lousy shows.
Paid the plus subscription but still can’t watch certain drama…very frustrating. They ask to write in but nothing done. So wasting my money. Some watch halfway then the next time you want to resume watching, it becomes not available in my region again. WTH….seriously before you want to get people to subscribe list down all these so the buyer can decide to subscribe or not.

Working fine in Australia but None of the Chinese dramas I want to watch are available when i came back to Singapore.
