## Viking Electric Reviews in United States

### ***** "Many improvements made!"
Easy to see live pricing, inventory, order history and job tracking.
-- am DJ to DJ DJ DJ, 2025-05-07

### ***** "Great update"
Easy to find what I’m looking for and the recent update was a massive improvement to the label scanning feature.
-- MMeyed, 2025-03-29

### ***** "Much better experience"
This app is loads better than it used to be. Has almost all the same benefits of the website, but you can use it on the go.

Also has a good scanning feature as well.
-- Dogman72305, 2025-03-18

### ***** "Super Helpful"
Live access to pricing, inventory and order history.
Order or Quote 24/7
So many features.
A must have for every Viking Electric customer!
-- VE-Tim, 2025-03-14

### *---- "App crashes constantly"
The app has crashed 5 times and counting just trying to browse the catalog and place an order. Completely ridiculous that this is acceptable to Viking.
-- cnesler, 2024-10-01

### *---- "Figure it out!"
This app crashes every time I use it. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing. Viking Electric should stop advertising how the app can make you so much more efficient because you can’t get and orders done with it. So frustrating!
-- HLYWD, 2024-05-16

### **--- "Was working great"
Since the last update it’s keep crashing on me. The app was working great
-- TBD ASAP, 2022-11-17

### **--- "App crashes"
Since the lastest update, in the middle of creating orders, my app with crash if I try to add multiples of the same item to my cart.

It doesn’t save your order, (unless it’s In your cart) so you’re forced to start all over.

I had a previous issue (which was resolved by my supply house) where items were in the cart, but when you selected to view the cart, no items were present. This also prevented adding new items to the cart.

It’s convenient if you’re making after hours orders, but honestly, just call the supply house.
-- gxfbjgsg, 2022-05-18

### *---- "Hopeless"
Remember when Viking Electric had the best online system for ordering? Well now they are as bad as their competitors. Maybe it’s time to fire the IT department.
-- b_a_c_k_s_t_a_y, 2021-08-18

### *---- "Used to be great, now bad bad bad."
A lot of the products don’t appear. The seach does not work. I have to go to a competitors site to find th epart numbers and them come back to order it. It’s really bad, IT guys don’t care.
