Love the game! Very time consuming to level up and enemies get way too strong to complete blood trials if your character is weak. Would like to replay levels but gold is set so little as reward. Gold is required to level up character and not enough items/weapons earned to help you dismantle during replay of levels. Excellent game but need lots of time to play. I have had close to 0 issues with it running even on low battery and no wifi. 2 things i would like is a change to the camera “feel” when upgrading and building, it seems like it is running on a lower fps or moving in a very ridged way. A cool feature that could , hopefully, get added is a sort of endless mode were you try to survive for as long as possible on a specific map and difficulty, that and a map maker/editor for challenges and stuff would be cool. I prioritize maxing economy early game where the hero can do all the DPS and I invest in archers and warriors to help in sides I don’t send the hero to. I made it to the 2nd world and the first level is genuinely unbeatable. I love the game and the Norse mythology aspects of it. The ONLY complaint I have is that it doesn’t save my progress. So if I’m on night 10 and something happens in real life that causes me to stop playing or switch apps, I may lose my progress…but the game is fun enough that I don’t get too upset at playing it more. The RTS aspect of controlling your troops while also controlling your playable hero is extremely fun but not too overwhelming and complicated. The tower defense aspect is very fun and requires planning that is beyond trivial upgrades and requires you to keep in mind the specific layout of the map, the enemy types, your hero’s strengths and weaknesses. The out of game experience could use some work, it does seem difficult to balance upgrading your own hero and your village, but not a major problem just could use some improvement. The visual style is very amazing, zero complaints. The actual gameplay is simple but still engaging and fun especially considering the different setups of runes, weapons, and mounts you can run. One thing I would like is the ability to have variety in the gear usage without having to sacrifice the gear being such lower quality because of the specification needed to ascend a gear. The character designs are also amazing. It is clear alot of effort and love went into this game. Developer needs to not reduce coins earned from grinding beaten levels. The character level up system is too expensive to make any difference AND it is way too difficult/time consuming to earn coins. There is no way to achieve level 50 on character strength by end of game, much less 100. And yes, this is on the current “balanced” update. And yes, I dismantle gear to help. Make these minor tweaks and you got yourself a 5 star app!! Everything else is perfect! Well done. -- Grim64784, 2026-02-24 ### ***-- "A fun challenge despite progression flaws" An addictive and replayable TD that is definitely on the challenging side. Upgrade variety and level design lead to genuine strategy, and fun trial and error moments. Luck with perks definitely comes into play with how well you can expect to win a level. However you can watch an add for better options. Game can become a bit of a grind as there is no easy way to farm gold to upgrade your hero and town. This is a real shame because levels and design truly seem well thought out but progressing from one to the next can be unforgiving with a love level town or hero unless you spend a lot of time grinding. For example, your hero has 100 upgrade levels for each health, ranged, and melee. By level 30 this may cost 1000 gold per level and increases by 50 every level or two. Clearing a stage for the first time may grant 2000 (4000 if you watch an add) gold but repeating it (which can take over 30 minutes) will yield 200 or less. An upgraded hero is necessary to clear both the standard and especially the “Blood Trial” stages, sadly unless you submit to microtransactions or you wish to spend hours grinding the same levels, progression is slow at best and tedious at worst. -- Sweede Bee, 2026-02-21 ### ***** "A fun challenge" I’ve been recently obsessed with it. Found out about this game by playing trench warfare, figured if the studio made that good of a game this one would be good too. I was right this game is good and fun but challenging. I do like the gear mechanic interesting to play with different abilities. I can understand how some people find it quite difficult, especially when doing Blood Trials, but with good strategies it's doable although I found those strategies to sometimes only work for that level and it can be hit or miss .I have two feature suggestions. 1 continue button on the main screen. I find myself being busy and not always being able to finish a level in time so a continue button that takes me to where I left off would be great. 2 Targeting/ prioritize If the Allies could prioritize certain enemy types over others it be way better. For example my archers get shredded by the enemy archers because they’re too busy shooting the melee troops, if I could select which enemy type they prioritize such as long range enemies then it be great. This would be great for all Allies not just archers . I think you will find this makes it more strategic without complicating it further.
