Never opens when I need it

When on WiFi I get a message that the app could not open. Very poor that it does not work when in WiFi! The app seems to work when using cellular data.

App frequently doesn’t work - have to delete it and reinstall it most times I want to use it.

App feels like something done by a child or in the 90s. Geez

I don’t understand why there is no other option than downloading an app, like showing membership card etc? Or why this isn’t part of the gym app? So stupid that we can’t use the app to get into the gym (need a card), but can’t use that card to get the discount at the pub? No body cares about the other discounts or earning stupid points!

Great atmosphere

This is an absolutely awful all, that does not update your visits. Myself I’m stuck in 9 dispite attending more than that. Sort it out.

They just want to cancel membership 20% discount. This is all about. The app is a lie. Will cancel the membership

Absolutely demented. Relied on a phone number on my account from years ago. Was the same number as my wife’s, wouldn’t accept a new number. Went through rigmarole of installing then the code didn’t work anyway. Trying to fix a problem that didn’t exist in the first place for the benefit of some marketing twerp.

Sadly not been able to use app. Loading error everytime. Update and fix required.
