Great potential!
At a time where technology is booming, this app is just not following the wave. Had the car for 5 months and not a single update / improvement on the app. Remote start doesn’t work, synch your home charger not supported, remote climate not responsive… If they want to stay in the game, they need to catch up with the rest of the world.

L’ouverture/ fermeture des portes, les lumières ainsi que le klaxon de s’activent pas à distance.
"Remote" control
So I just hung up with vinfast. So for the "remote" control to work within the app, you have to start the car beforehand. I'm sorry what? If the car is started that means in already in it. Why would I whip out my phone to heat the car if I'm already in it?! I've had the car for 4 months and It's 4 months away from winter times and the app has literally no use whatsoever. The only improvement so far is that the app went from working once every quadrillion attempts into working when the car is started and parked. I SERIOUSLY hope we will be able to remote preheat the car BEFORE winter, because if I wanted a car that can't be remote started I'd have bought a 1999 corolla
Better
When I first got the app, nothing would connect. Now my VF8 is on update .13 and there is still a delay, but I can lock / unlock / find my car etc with no issues. It’s also important to make sure your eSIM in your car is working for some features to connect properly. All in all I am happy with the continued development. One star off because the owners manual had a few features that are not yet available in the app, and that is disappointing.
Doesn’t work at all
This app is just show that vinfast can control by your phone
New Update
Just updated to the new version and I have not seen any difference in features. I hope the update was to stabilize the user experience for more people with the existing features. Still waiting on L2 departure charging schedule and cabin temp setting.
Not working properly
The app is useless as the car keep losing connection all the time. You can’t use the remote features. I hope Vinfast do something about this
