## Vingcard Mobile Access Reviews in United States

### *---- "horrible"
one of the worst performing apps i’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. crazy paying almost 1400 a month in rent to be standing outside your apartment building trying to get the key to work but 9/10 times it just opens my apple wallet. delete this app please i hate you
-- ihateyoulivvi, 2025-02-03

### *---- "Garbage"
THIS APP IS ABSOLUTE TRASH
-- Sining Chen, 2025-02-02

### *---- "Horrible App"
Horrible app. Half the time I cannot open my front door and need to delete and redownload it to get into my apartment.
-- Review222jjjj, 2025-02-02

### *---- "Terrible"
This app routinely without fail quits working and is the only way for me to get into my apartment it is a major inconvenience and I’d rather have no lock on my door and risk being robbed than use this app
-- Terrible app2047, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Just give me a key fob"
Whoever chose to replace key fobs and physical keys with this app needs to be fired. Another great reason to not renew my lease.
-- Kevin77!, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Worst App"
This app keeps crashing. I can’t get into my apartment. Switch back to keys!!!!!! Don’t fix what’s not broken
-- M8827, 2025-01-31

### *---- "How"
I don’t understand how a key that is tied to a thing with battery life is beneficial in any way. Awful laggy. Global outage now? How is this allowed. Please go out of business ASAP.
-- lickmyownarmpits, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Trash"
Crashes constantly. Horrendous app.
-- Time wasted91, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Got locked out of my apartment for multiple hours today."
App went down and I got locked out for multiple hours. I don’t know why there isn’t just like a physical key alternative. This isn’t the only issue. The app doesn’t have an Apple wallet version so you have to open the app each time which can be a hassle. It takes a while to scan sometimes. It’s just really frustrating and it’s literally not easier than just having a normal physical key. I’d actually prefer a physical key so I don’t have to risk getting locked out like this. Literally what is the point of this product if a physical key is better in every way?
-- THE1FIREHAWK, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Crashing"
Crashes all the time
