Can’t get app to load.
While I like the mission of the Viome health tests, their app is unreliable and not user friendly. It’s slow. It’s missing text near buttons so I don’t know what they’re for. It is just overly clunky and not pleasant to use. I would expect a much better UX for a company of the caliber it promotes to have.
In fact did not look at my answers at all- gave me items I literally cannot have. What a waste of money

I have been battling with an auto immune deficiency for years now that has caused me to lose all my hair, I am also Nigerian, so most of the main foods in my avoid groups, are foods that I eat often! I’m excited to see how these changes will affect my overall health and my hair growth!
I never expected to feel this good! I did the tests, followed the food recommendations and I’ve been taking the supplements for about 3 months. I feel AMAZING. No sugar nor salt cravings, no mid-day hunger pangs, much more energy, and - best of all - an incredible sense of calm and wellbeing. I’m so delighted that I plan to order test kits for all of my children and their spouses as Christmas gifts. Thank you, Viome!

I have used viome on and off for years. As someone who is heavy in the biohacking field and has tried many products I will say: 1. I like their tests but don’t find them to be as effective with their choices. 2. Twice I have gotten supplements that made me ill. I checked I was allergic to an ingredient which they then put in my supplement and wouldn’t refund me. 3. They don’t refund if there is an issue. 4. If you have an issue, the customer service process is laborious and ineffective. Often, your emails go to different agents who don’t actually scroll to see the previous messages so there is a lot of repeating. Talking to a live person to solve something is not allowed. I am so absolutely frustrated that I cannot get my problems solved with them in a timely manner or any manner. 5. For the higher cost paid, I would expect better responses and a more efficient back end.
I’ve taken a test with you a few years ago and it was a disaster because it took months to get the results back which kind of defeats the purpose of the test since my microbiome has changed by then. Since it’s been a few years I’ve given you another chance, thinking y’all would have improved, but now I can’t even register my new test kit. It won’t accept my acceptance of the terms. 🙄 can someone help me please?
Scanned by QR code about dozen times when registering my kit. the app keeps booting me back to the beginning after you create an email/password, and then again after you enter in name/address/DOB. It literally won’t let you make progress through setting up your account! Complete trash of a mobile app
