The most pathetic service
I regret each minute that i decided to go with this , this is a scam guys. Don’t believe in them , yes you don’t value money and you want to donate or waste it you can apply and go ahead with this . I got into their trap , I would humbly suggest please don’t waste your money. Rather donate it to some needy which will make some sense and atleast you will have mental satisfaction.
I lost 50k thanks to this app. Read before investing.
I am ashamed that this is an Indian service. I believed we Indians have a modicum of shame & integrity. But Shaadi.com is shameless. Here is a list of ways in which they aggravated & swindled me & wasted my time. 1. The executives disappeared for days once the payment was made. 2. The copy supplied for my VIP profile was trash of the highest order. Full of grammatical errors. 3. The first point of contact assigned to me NEVER followed up on any of the profiles my family approved. The standard reply was, “this profile is no longer active”. 4. They called me dozens of times … to report absolutely nothing and specifically chose times & slots I had told them were NOT convenient for me. I guess this is another ploy to frustrate customers and get them so huffed that they cut their losses and run (which I did). It would have been bad enough had they been indulging in these practices for a relatively functional product — like say electronics. But the fact that they weaponize the concerns of fathers & mothers who look to assisted matchmaking to do their duty by their children is abhorrent. They should be sued.
Fraud app
These people will only share same profiles which you have already seen And will promise in air Once you make payment there is no follow up no calls neither their team nor their managers will ever respond to your calls Complete waste of time and money In the end when you complain about their poor service they reply in a rude tone to make complaint or do whatever you want to do
Rather give your money to homeless
They will manipulate you and take your money. After that there will be no response to your queries and not much activity for days at a time. Just talking about the app. It is slow and takes time to load even with high speed internet. Their main app isn’t much better either so can’t expect this one to be any good.

Very good app best service with vip consultant help in find the best match for me.☺️
FRAUD
The consultants are FRAUD and do not respond to queries. There is hardly any profiles being sent to you and the Consultants are busy. The consultant assigned to me, Sansay Mishra has called me twice in 3 months and picked my call once to tell me that he is not in office. There is no escalation mechanism. I know I will get a reply that we are looking into it but nothing will happen. I have been duped but writing to caution everyone that PLEASE DO NOT GET DRAGGED IN THIS SCAM. The good words written by some in the feedback are all humbug and probably planted feedbacks.

It was a great experience using this service. It helps to find the perfect match for shadi I'm really happy with my VIP consultant for all his help in getting profiles for me.
