It would be great to book classes with friends like you could with the old app!! -- Jaz123!!, 2026-08-05 ### *---- "Not user friendly" The app often has technical glitches, there’s only a tiny subset on online/in app classes and it’s hard to give feedback and find things. I far preferred the old app. I also long to be able to manage my classes on desktop. I wish we could go back to the previous system -- Pocket-Donut-79, 2026-08-01 ### *---- "Was good - is no more" I initially thought the app worked well. Unsure what’s happened , however the app is now rubbish . Never loads properly; have tried to rest password and now locked out . Hopefully it will improve soon. -- dougue g b, 2026-07-25 ### ***** "Worst app ever" Please change your app team, this app is really sucks unable to change the club, you should learn from Fitness first -- ffjkytteewd, 2026-07-20 ### *---- "Some worst UX out there" Some of the worst UX I’ve seen recent years. - it always logs me out so I can’t enter the gym - relaunching the app doesn’t help - you need to reinstall it - UI is counter intuitive and hard to navigate - classes time doesn’t display properly so I can only guess what time is the class that I book - it displays information for Indian time zone not Australian - it shows some special characters instead of proper texts - worst thing is that they try to sell you some partner products via this app I am literally one step away from canceling my membership with these guys -- Fuutfjkl, 2026-07-20 ### *---- "Put in management with knowledge of gym equipment" Virgin active zetland weights equipment hasn’t been upgraded in nearly 10 years yet you spend a ridiculous amount of money on a work from home space. During peak hours there are barely 9 benches in front of dumbbells. -- Usha Bandara, 2026-07-16 ### *---- "So many bugs" Always have to uninstall and reinstall. Should’ve just stayed on web services! -- Spmmy15!, 2026-06-30 ### *---- "Dodgy update fail app + lethargic response" I have delayed posting as a longstanding member of a gym I otherwise love (in spite of the fact that the spa has also been faulty for many months now). The so called app "update" 3 weeks ago now means that I can no longer book classes - bummer. I guess I could join my employer's gym pass scheme. Cheaper for sure. Requests for a discount or even free coffee were ignored... not happy. -- Hungry tonight, 2026-05-26 ### ***** "Fantastic" A big thank you to the team. Especially Mia who is a top class trainer. Really enjoying the gym! -- Myf123456789, 2026-04-25 ### *---- "Could be a good app, but isn’t" Rewards tiers don’t work, navigation isn’t intuitive, clicking on notifications outside the app takes you to the wrong place in the app. Needs improvement -- stacey__909, 2026-03-26 [View all Virgin Active Australia reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Virgin Active Australia Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Australia | Health Fitness | #179 | ## Virgin Active Australia Discovered Keywords -
