Does not recognise my existing VA account & I am unable to log in. Have deleted & reinstalled app but problem still remains.

Just so slow!
It takes an age to do anything in the app. Half the time I can’t get my tier points or mileage points as it errors out. Hey Virgin Atlantic, if you want to see how an app should be written, look at your partner’s app - Delta!
App is awful
Have had our seats changed and no longer travelling together despite selecting on your app a week ago - despite filling in our travel and security info multiple times we have had to enter it again - this is the worst airline app I have ever used by far

Dear Richard, Genuinely a terrible experience. Impossible to check in and download boarding pass etc. As a frequent flyer with other airlines, it pains me to say that the Virgin app is truly the worst. Don’t shoot for the moon. Focus on trans Atlantic!

Makes you around and around in circles. And I couldnt book my upgrade. So disappointed
User friendly
I’ve just recently started using Virgin Atlantic for flights to India. I think they are new to the route. I have no complaints whatsoever and this app is extremely easy to use. Thank you for making life a bit easier!
