The email code took 4 attempts before it actually arrived. Once logged in, I just got ‘Bad Gateway’ errors no matter what I did. App is useless in this state I can’t add my booking.

IT’S JUST A WEBVIEW. Every option just opens their website. The app has no functionality of its own, basically glorified bookmarks. This took them two years to build!?!

I love Virgin Atlantic but this app simply doesn’t work. Trying to add an existing flight booking, and firstly it won’t allow me to type in a booking reference. Then for an e-ticket number it just falls over. Pretty basic stuff for an airline app. Keep the old app please, Virgin! At least it worked…🥺

App will not accept my email or flying club log in details.  I am using the details stored on my phone which still allow me to log onto the website, old app and virgin red app so it looks like an issue with the app

Well here we go again….. a new better app ?? Compared to the last one this is a horrible one…. The old one was so so much better for easy use and had everything that was needed…. It is so small on iPad instead of being full page. Really poor app that unfortunately we have to use…. Most links take you to virgin web sites and out of the app…

I’m actually quite a big fan of the service that Virgin Atlantic offer. I have flown with them properly two or three times to America from the UK.

However, the update and subsequent needs to move to a new app seems completely unnecessary. 

Almost every single part of this app takes you to an external website which goes to the Virgin Atlantic flying club page , which sort of defeats the objective of having an app which should stay within the application and not to the external pages.

A couple of pros, however : you can now see your vouchers within the app or the all this does is take you to the voucher page on the website which again refers back to my previous point and the activity page can also be seen now because this was erroring in the application before . Same issue though it just takes you to the page itself opposed to any in app activity.

If this was to be fixed and was to only show within the app but I feel this would be a welcomed improvement but currently this is not the case and it feels almost silly switching to this now
