Works well but why are there two apps one for VA and one for Velocity? Look at what United do, that’s a great app.
Late planes and seat changes
Over the past four weeks (8x flights) over half have been delayed, especially those taking off in the afternoon. Its also very annoying that you book a seat at the from of the plane only to have it changed when you check in on line with absolutely no consultation or reason behind the change.

Won’t let me change seats. Never had an issue with just velocity

For me as an older person easy simple to navigate and attentive to very good friendly customer service. Thank you Virgin

Who in 2025 thinks it’s okay to make an app that requires you to login multiple times to see different screens of information in the app? Pass through authentication if you need it but not multiple logins in one session.

My virgin experience
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently flew with Virgin Airlines and was blown away by the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Their online booking and check-in services were incredibly easy to use, saving time and making the whole process smooth before even stepping into the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the journey comfortable. The seating was spacious with plenty of legroom, the in-flight service was excellent, and the cabin crew made sure everyone was well looked after. The food and refreshments were great, and the entertainment options kept the flight enjoyable. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the team they created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and relaxed. Virgin has definitely set the benchmark for customer service in the skies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Virgin Airlines to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again and again and again 😋
