## Virgin Media Store Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Not working"
Not working
-- Richie Tyson, 2025-11-30

### *---- "Unwatchable"
App crashes every time I try to watch a movie
-- umarbfd786x, 2024-06-30

### *---- "Won’t let me sign in ??"
App won’t let me sign in just says error try later
-- MICK-187, 2023-01-14

### *---- "Helps if it works"
Just downloaded it and it’s not working despite me putting what I know is the right password! Not a great start VM!
-- ChooseAnotherNickname!!, 2021-04-12

### **--- "For what we’re paying, you can do better virgin."
Bought a few films through this service. Avengers endgame simply won’t play on the app due to ‘parsing manifest error’. Whilst playing other film and tv the app often buffers or switches to a low streaming quality (streaming works fine with other services e.g. amazon prime, sky cinema) Personally, I’ll be sticking to buying blu ray from now on.
-- I'm for real bro., 2020-08-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Rejects my credentials (that are correct) and rejects any email address I provide to reset the password as invalid email addresses. Utter rubbish.
-- Oli Ar, 2020-05-29

### *---- "Rubbish"
Will not even let you sign in I’d give it a zero star but it won’t let me
-- sirparky, 2019-12-13

### *---- "Error ES004"
Sort it out virgin, paid £20 to watch a series and just get the above error code, 4th episode won’t load; why am I paying ?
-- Rathoflyn, 2019-10-22

### *---- "Rubbish"
Rubbish. Cannot login it says wrong password reset it and still saying wrong pw. Virgin do not know what to tell they jus leave you on hold then disconnect you!!
