Pathetic application with no customer service
The application is always facing glitches. When speak to agent they won’t reply for ages and then would close ticket upon their wish without resolving the issue!!
Lagging experience
The app feels outdates, it feels like it’s full of bugs, kind of slow and shows me a constant message: oops, something went wrong
Payment
Very bad experience with payment If you save your card, they will continue withdrawing the fees of subscription even you delete your card

Thanks to ms. Meljun for assisting me to update my id for my package . And i want to give a rate 1 to the first guy i ask in carrefour booth for not assisting me right . He wants me to buy a new sim card even i still have one year package .
