Virgin Mobile UAE has shattered all expectations of poor customer service. I've never encountered such a badly managed support team in the UAE. It's truly shocking considering the country's reputation for excellent service.

Their 3.2 Google rating is a testament to the widespread dissatisfaction. Beware! Do not recharge or boost your data.

I wasted AED 105 on a 9GB data booster, only to receive absolutely zero data. The customer support staff provided conflicting information each day, first claiming 2GB, then 5GB, and finally 9GB was consumed. However, I had no internet access whatsoever, forcing me to work from home instead of going out.

It's far better to stick with Du or Etisalat, where you can at least meet customer support face-to-face. Virgin Mobile is a complete scam. Their call center support is utterly incompetent, lacking any attention to resolving issues. The support team is indifferent, responds mechanically, and fails to solve problems.

The manager who finally called after 3-4 days (despite the staff promising a call in 3 hours) was equally unhelpful. They haggled like a fish market, offering 10GB one moment by staff and he comes up with 5GB the next. All I wanted was a refund for the 9GB data I never received.

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Virgin Mobile UAE.
