Frequent glitches
I have multiple banking apps but this one is the only one that regularly glitches. Why is this? I know it’s the same for other customers too. I had thought of transferring savings to Virgin but the unreliable app is putting me off.
Just updated to newest version and still getting an error message. There’s an issue several times a month. It’s not good

The most frustrating annoying website for logging in to.
Not mobile banking
This app does not allow customers to access their savings account if it has an 08 prefix.
Not very good at all.
New app update
Don’t like the new update. Payments in and out have gone crazy. Some transactions look like they’ve gone out twice and some payments have gone in twice. Get it sorted please, it’s doing my head in.
