This spiders web of VM created confusion means that you will never be able to sign into the app to watch anything. Almost anything you would like to watch you can’t and even if you do find something that plays, it’s then only on a small screen of a phone or iPAD with the option to watch on your Virgin TV… D’oh! if that were possible why would I have the app open. If watching on an Apple TV even less is available so struggling to see the point of this App. -- Am007, 2024-12-22 ### ***-- "Not connecting" When virgin media box is in standby (red light on) this App will not wake up the box to be able to add recordings or view previous recordings, even though both the App and the media box are on the same WiFi network. I have to wake up the box using the remote control. Obviously something requires fixing in the App. When I wake up the box using the remote then everything works as it should.
