I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded several times. My husband has also contacted virgin and they are not helpful . They keep saying they will look into it and “it’s a priority”, but 2 weeks later and nothing is fixed . Not sure what to do next. -- Neal and Jen, 2025-08-20 ### *---- "Doesn’t work." App is basically useless. Nothing loads and even our crew has issues. Horrible -- Maxwell4Names, 2025-08-16 ### ****- "New look" Love the new design but I don’t understand the messenger page, can i message another Sailor from here? If so how? -- bscordy, 2025-08-15 ### **--- "Great cruise line. Terrible app" We love almost everything about cruising with Virgin except their apps. I saw apps because there are two; the O.G. And the new version. You need both because the old app can do somethings that the new cannot. Such as the new one constantly refers back to previous cruises. The only way to book excursions is to go back to the original app, which they tell you not to use. Surpassing that they can't get their app together since they do everything else so well n -- Brictoria, 2025-08-14 ### ****- "Looking forward to it!" I have sailed with Virgin 2 times, currently on my 3rd sailing. I like the new features, specially the homepage… except the notification in there. It’s overwhelming…. -- Lilchronn, 2025-08-13 ### **--- "Way too many Notifications!!!" I am currently on a Virgin voyages sailing and while this app is much better than the older sailor app this one still has many issues especially while you’re on board. First, it crashes all of the time! Like, you can’t even browse the event lineup and see what’s going on without it crashing 3-4 times on you. Second, there are WAY too many notifications while you’re on board. Every 30 minutes to an hour I’m getting a notification about booking a shore excursion or booking a private cabana or booking my next cruise. These types of notifications are unnecessary and super annoying. We should have the option to just get the essential notifications without all of the “advertisement” notifications. I want to enjoy my vacation without you always trying to upsell me something on my phone. Not a good look for Virgin tbh. Lastly, there needs to be a better way to book, reserve and get on some type of waitlist for certain things like gym classes or shows. It’s super annoying to want to sign up for something, seeing it’s, “sold out” on the app but then you go anyway to see if there are any no-shows and only 2 other people show up. Either make it first come first serve or make some type of waitlist in the app. -- KevinO194, 2025-08-13 ### *---- "Sailor App remains non-functional" It is August 12, 2025 and the Sailor app is still the most buggy phone app in the cruise industry. Information is not saved, it hangs, crashes, requires frequent reboots, and the website does not mirror ANY of functions. So, as of today nobody can complete any steps of online checkin on an iPhone. -- LEAVANGELIST, 2025-08-12 ### *---- "Frustrated1" I can’t upload my travel documents!! I can’t completed check-in 😏 ( IPhone 16) -- Starlight!!1233, 2025-08-11 ### *---- "Cannot switch to a future cruise if currently on a cruise" They need to fix the app so users can switch to a future voyage while on a current voyage. I need to book reservations and excursions for a future cruise but I have no ability to do so in the app while on a current cruise. Please allow this functionality as it probably happens more than you think. -- Fix It Fred, 2025-08-10 ### **--- "Still Buggy" Virgin team: put some money into this app for development. Crashes. Can’t add sailors as friends. Just. Not. Great. -- Texan Guy, 2025-08-06 [View all Virgin Voyages reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Virgin Voyages Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Travel | #140 | ## Virgin Voyages Discovered Keywords -
