## Virginia Lottery Official App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not allowing me to log in"
It keeps giving me a error to log in. It is frustrating
-- Iva Plazas, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Online play"
Need to add more play like cash 4 and 5 and millions
-- RacingGirlF0eLife22, 2025-01-01

### **--- "Inconsistency"
The VALottery app is so inconsistent on how they do things, they freeze your account at will just because one chooses to play for long periods of time, then you can’t play for up to 72 hours, before freezing your account , shouldn’t one be notified before hand? Also making a large deposit to receive free games are usually not awarded as promised. I’m still waiting on 40 free games from the 28th if December for a deposit of $60.00 but didn’t get my free games of castle if crystals. Told someone would contact me and could take up to five business days, well they take your money instantly, no waiting on that. Poor service all around.
-- Rick1168, 2025-01-01

### **--- "Release doesn’t scan bar codes properly"
They broke the ability to scan ticket bar codes. I’ve been scanning with the app for years. Now I’m getting only errors
-- CGWagner, 2025-01-01

### ***-- "Okay"
Can’t enter the extra chance code anywhere
-- RichardDalton10, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Password"
Can't get code to reset password on my phone tried several times
-- Hishdhfhhbdhxhvbdhxhcb, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Online"
It’s very unfortunate that the app allows you to play online games and win but you can’t cash out. If you need to verify information before payout you should do that before you take people’s money to play! I have been waiting two weeks to receive my winnings, waiting on somebody to verify my documents. When I call in to customer service they can’t help! They see the docs but can’t verify them for me someone else has to??? WHO? WHEN? Horrible online gaming app!
-- warring923, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Scan"
Scan has error message
-- PastorBBC, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Lottery ticket"
I have a $100.00 lottery ticket winner and I live two hours away and I need cash now
-- Druck crazy davie, 2024-12-30

### **--- "Barcode scanner doesn’t work"
The barcode scanner does NOT work and continuously says “Barcode error. Barcode too short” even when the entire code is scanned. PLEASE FIX!!
-- Jv2000ss, 2024-12-29
