It is presently at 6.0. My biggest learning is that I cannot ignore the monitoring of my glucose levels and expect positive change. I have established a habit of daily monitoring. I do not take glucose medications and control my glucose by diet and activity. Virta has provided me with free testing supplies to monitor my glucose, as well as an electronic meter that links through my cell phone.
