PLS ALLOW UNLOCKING OF ACCT THRU THE APP INSTEAD OF VISITING THE BRANCH

disappointing services everytime your account gets locked you will need to go to pag ibig brances to make a formal request to unlock your account. whats the use of the forgot password option if we have to do that all the time.

Since the latest update, app keeps on crashing or it does not allow you to log-in. It used to work just fine.

Ang bulok ng app n to. Kahit tama ung password ko ayaw pumasok nalock tuloy ang account ko. Si ko na tuloy ma access ung account ko. Dapat pla sa desk too nlng ako nag login. Paayos nyo app nyo. Laki laki ng kinikita nyo sming mga member ayaw nyo ayusin simpling apps lng.

As per news, this should be available by April 2024 but until now wala pa rin update kung ma materialized ba or hindi yung quick loan program

You should hire IT experts and alam ang mga new features sa apps today, kahit simple biometric login di niyo ma implement as I know very simple lang niyan i’implement and thats very useful. The app looks very outdated, nakakapagod mag enter nang logins every now and then. See SSS app laki nang improvement nila in adapting to new techs of today, easier to navigate and yung payment nila straight forward. Yung sa inyo ang daming fill in the blanks when paying online like hey it’s 2024 na pang year 2015 pa yung processing niyo.

Pls improve po yung app. Laging log in failed. Pero pag sa website okay naman ang pag log in
