This ancient Vedic-Śramana practice involves two phases: inward (transcending) and outward (normalization), mimicking the restorative effects of sleep. It fosters neurophysiological balance while enhancing conscious experience. Benefits include improved memory, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Tranścend by Vīrya is our digital adaptation that integrates the traditional ajappa japa technique with neurofeedback and brain-computer interfacing (BCI) to help you effortlessly recall Pure Consciousness using your EEG data and subjective experiences. This sets us apart from traditional, ceremonial approaches that were popularized 60 years ago in the US. Our approach is also significantly more affordable, with a price of $250 compared to $400 - $2500 charged by other AST brands. However, we honor various brands, including Transcendental Meditation, Vedic Meditation, Sahaj Samadhi, Ziva Technique, and 1GiantMind. We aim to create an inclusive community, welcoming practitioners from all brands, and utilize a more contemporary, science-based approach to their daily transcending practice. Choose Your Tranścend Journey You have the flexibility to learn through our Wellness Partners over 4 consecutive days of training. Alternatively, you can opt for our in-home program, where EEG headwear is shipped to you, followed by 1:1 Zoom sessions over 4 days for personalized guidance. Once you learn, you can use our FREE Guided app to sustain your twice-daily practice and track the Immediate Stress Relief effect using heart rate and other physiological metrics with an Apple Watch. Our Technology-Experience the New Era of Transcending Meditation with Transcendometer® Vīrya's Transcendometer® revolutionizes Auto Self-Transcending (AST) with its advanced neuroanalytic engine. Real-time qEEG analysis reveals the nuances of "Deep Transcending," showing significant coherence in the prefrontal cortex.
