Logs me out then makes me create new password. Embarrassing doing this outside the lounge. Utter trash. Been like this for over two years. Here is an idea, benchmark or track how many times your users are forced to reset their ‘forgotten’ passwords.

The app doesn’t stay logged in, and when it logs you out you cannot auto fill from a password manager. The keyboard also covers the password field making it very difficult to paste a password in. The app feels zoomed in, likely because it doesn’t fit the resolution of newer phones. This app needs a serious overhaul, and should be an embarrassment to the devs in its current state.

The poor rating of this app start with the login. It is PITA to re-enter the login info every time. It does not always know which airport you are at. Directions to the lounge is poor compared to other competitor apps.

Very convenient to have when you need to spend some quality time at Airport lounges.

Can’t select region, can’t paste password because the keyboard covers the input section, can’t log in. It’s completely stopped functioning

The app keeps forgetting my log in and password and I have to repeated type in. Poor design blocking the password so I cannot copy and paste from my password app

Shame on anyone involved with development of this application. I hope you all will burn in hell. Instead of wasting money on fake reviews and pumping up score - it was slightly above 1, now suddenly it’s miraculously 4.7 - put your resources to finally fixing the login procedure. As it looks now you intentionally don’t want users to use this application.

The app is stuck when you try to select region. Please fix it.

The app asks you to select a region from a drop down menu, but when I try to do this it flashes for a fraction of a second and the returns to the login screen. It seems there is no region to select?
