I rarely leave reviews here but this app has waited so much time that it feels only appropriate to waste a bit more to rate it. Terrible user experience from the very first screen. Why can’t you implement it like it’s done in any other app?! Apple doesn’t suggest to autofill password because you messed it up. Login fails every other time without any error message. The app keeps offering me Dubai lounges no matter where in the told I am. It looks ugly as if your SE intern not only built the whole thing but was also responsible for UX.

This app logout by itself every single time. If you bank has this app I am so sorry for you, as most airports still do not take it. I ll definitely change to master card to use lounge key again

Very easy to use App and the QR codes are so easy to use in the lounge…

- no clear reason to use the app - very long and slow sign-up process - no further offers to make cstmrs use the app - very short "remember the password " session - not a practical way to access the lounges compared to just showing the phisical card
