This app will loose your patience and motivation to process your visa application and requirement. I hope their web developer make it more efficient ans user-friendly to the applicants. They must fix the application crash and loading times.

App is always crashing, getting server error, unstable and slow. Requirements Tab is not clickable. Dropdowns are not loaded sometimes. Hopefully I can complete all the details and uplods prior to our travel date. 😩

No need to battle the traffic. Applying at home is very convenient

Happy to find an app to apply for a JP visa. Saved me a lot of time and didn’t have to go through traffic.

P700 only, sometimes P399 when on promo. No need to go to a travel agent and wait in long queues.

It will take time to upload documents.

Most of the times app is crashing and its not a good thing for a customers.

Useless. You’re better off going there personally. The web version is WORSE.

After paying, submitting the requirements, assessment was done by their agents. everything was ready for my personal submission.
