Fail to delete the trial version and be charged

I download a "free" trial version, and already deleted it within the period( as I cannot find a clear guidelines in official website for suspension) But the apps still charged to my credit card!! Not a good marketing mangement, now ask for refund

Любимое приложение. Хотелось бы конечно иметь возможность сохранять любимый эффект для фото. Что-то на подобие избранных фильтров. Вариантов много конечно но иногда хочется воспользоваться одним и тем же а найти уже не можешь его.
