Fail to delete the trial version and be charged

I download a "free" trial version, and already deleted it within the period( as I cannot find a clear guidelines in official website for suspension) But the apps still charged to my credit card!! Not a good marketing mangement, now ask for refund

Can't remove red eyes

Try to remove the red eyes on my photos,but it doesn't work!!
