Really helpful app when it works but takes ages to refresh

The moment you open the app, it asks you to create an account which I’m not interested in doing. I just want to track the buses that never seem to arrive and it asks you to rate the app immediately I open it when I’ve not even started using it! Concentrate on running an efficient service, rather than trying to get people to rate and that they’ve not even used yet! Two different bus numbers on a similar route were expected to leave at 10 o’clock. It’s 1020, and neither have even arrived.!

Shocking bus service altogether
Mixed review.
While it’s good to purchase & use an eTicket the app is slow to update the bus during use & can take up to a minute to show the bus moving rather than it being real-time on iPhone. My disappointment is that they’ve removed the ability to screenshot the ticket as I often needed this when the app fails to show this so I had to show the screenshot.
