The most pathetic services ever
The most pathetic service I have ever seen in the history of medical apps!!
The doctor I booked doesn’t even ‘exist’ and on talking to support, the ‘human’ agent kept saying we’ll update you shortly, we’ll update you shortly! All I requested was to change it to an existing doctor.
I waited for an hour, at this hospital I travelled far from, and never received an update!!!!
Such pathetic services, would never recommend anyone, NOR ANY COMPANY TO USE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE
Very bad service
Service is visit+ is very bad. I have faced issue while booking appointments with doctors multiple times. Also medicine order service is very problematic, team keep on cancelling the prescription without any justification. Ultimately have to call customer care for multiple time to place the medicine order. Overall it’s very painful to avail Visit+service. Practo or Tata1MG is much better.
Disappointed with service
So i got health check up package from my company who is having tie up with visit app so i booked full body health checkup in April-24. At the day when samples going to get collected guy from lab called me and told me that we don’t provide service to your area and told me to connect with customer care so i did that and they rescheduled with other lab again same thing happened and again appointment got rescheduled so this thing happened 5 times finally customer care told me that they will arrange new lab just give us time. Even after 2 weeks from that day i am still waiting for sample collection and getting my check done, worst of all is this they have deducted balance from my package and not even refunding the same which is irritating and disgusting from visit app team not even proper communication from app side about this problem which i am facing, totally disappointed 😊
Very poor care handling
Dear Visit!
I’ve raised a concern and the ticket has been catered ever since but it’s been 3 days and still nobody is answering to the ticket. Kindly see. After we install the app, it’s the soul purpose of creator to provide the customer support on time.
Step count not working in iPhone

Bad idea to give to insurance work to this silly app.
Bad interface and bad team that check the insurance papers sometimes they don’t know how to check papers. Very bad experience I have while using this app. It’s not your money that you are giving to us. It’s money that me and my company pay for me and hence insurance company. Get irritated while using this application. Poonam
Worst App
Firstly, the local gyms which this app shows has no affiliation connected with them.
I finally figured out a gym and when I started using the service. The gym owner says they are receiving only Rs.110 per session where as my company pays the App ₹330/session.
Today, except for cult gym no other gyms in the vicinity are showing. Chat customer service is the worst.
No partners error and pathetic customer support.
No partner error is coming for pathology tests and even the physical test appointments is not getting fixed from 2 days. Customer support have not provided any solution in last 2 days. Extremely disappointed.
