The app is good, with interesting articles about where to go go and what to do. A lot of it centers around shopping. I thought the “Near Me” feature would have been more robust too. Hopefully it will keep improving, it’s got a good start!
You'll never get lost with this app. Guides you to places from family adventure to night clubbing.. A must app to get by.
Unlike most apps that only feature maps, this goes above and beyond with a list of places to tour, restaurants to try, a calendar of events, tickets, and more! I love how you can do all that with just one app. This will be very useful when I travel to Seoul.
一直关注的首尔市官方旅游指南APP iTourSeoul终于又更新了！新版APP把网页的所有分类和所有内容都纳入了，平时经常上visit seoul网页能很快的知道某些内容在APP的哪个分类下。APP还有五种语言可以选择。 使用一段时间后，我最喜欢的功能是： 1、预约功能。可以随时随地的预约公演或酒店或徒步观光，非常方便。 2、周围信息。可以实时搜索附近的各类信息，APP还贴心的提供分类搜索，有汽车、餐厅搜索、必游景点、购物攻略、公演&票务、酒店，可以根据自己需求搜索。 3、增强现实。这个功能应该很赞，只是我试了下电脑和拿的首尔旅游手册的地图，但是没反应，估计没有用对，不知道要对着哪些特定页面。 4、首页信息。对我来说，用到最多的是经常上网看一下首尔最近最新的信息和活动，APP首页的滑动新闻很方便，更新也很及时。 使用后的同时也有2点建议： 1、首页的天气预报上面或左边或哪里希望能够添加当天的汇率信息。 2、徒步观光预约界面不太友好，界面比屏幕小很多，要放大才能看清。 最后，希望首尔市官方旅游指南APP iTourSeoul越来越好，越用越方便！

Great app for getting to know Seoul as a foreigner. Don't worry if you don't have any local friends because this app will recommend seoul's latest attractions, best dinning spots, as well as any seasonal attraction. You won't miss out on what Seoul has to offer!
It helped me a lot while I went to Seoul for a business trip. Real-time public bus info was impressive. I got this app while browsing visitseoul.net
I liked the location-based searches that the app offered, so I downloaded it to help me find restaurants whenever I was in a neighborhood and without a specific place in mind. I used it twice. The first time, the restaurant I decided to visit was no longer in business. The second time, the address and map location were incorrect. Not only does the information need updating, it needs enhancing -- there are no hours listed for the restaurants (no even "lunch only" or the like) and there needs to be more details (e.g., 2nd floor of Hanhwa Building).
As of October 2013, the google maps English POI database for Seoul is lacking. iTour Seoul helps fill that gap with lots of listings for restaurants and attractions. The feature that lists attractions near your current location is especially nice. The built-in maps feature is useful but nowhere near as good as google maps (they would be better off putting their own POI layer on top of Google or Apple maps). One warning: there are some errors in the database. One restaurant's address was close but not exactly correct. And the address for gwanghwamun square was correct but the mapping function directed me to Seoul city hall plaza instead.
