## Visonic-Go Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible app"
One of the worst apps on my phone. Full of spelling mistakes and bad English which make it difficult to understand.
Yes it does the job - but I don't have a choice to use a better app for my alarm system.
Unintuitive messy Home Screen.
Why does it need face recognition AND a password? Even my bank doesn't need that!
-- Woodyr6, 2025-07-05

### ***** "iPhone Notifications"
Hello Visonic, I get alerts on the app when the alarm gets triggered. How do I get notifications on my IPhone when the alarm is triggered?
-- MrBhandal, 2025-06-28

### ***-- "App upgrade set off alarm"
House alarm was set off yesterday and we couldn’t reset it, as connection kept dropping out. Could this have been caused by new app upgrade?
-- Nwis006, 2025-06-10

### ***** "Visonic the best"
Our system has been proudly serving us well for well over 10 years ! Brilliant
-- Chrissywissey, 2025-05-29

### ***-- "Sort Face ID"
Good app used for a few years simple enough but can’t clear alerts or open with Face ID please sort
-- Ungabunga1, 2025-04-09

### ***** "Visonic"
Best alarm system
-- Dr JPUK, 2025-01-20

### *---- "Just poor"
Can’t clear errors or alarms ever, app takes an age to load, hasn’t seen a single update in a year using it.
-- bigfishbowlhead, 2024-10-04

### ****- "Crazy complicated"
Eventually got it to work with our alarm system, not easy. THEN they updated the app!! Since then it asks for passwords to even get into the app which took ages to set up and time consuming to use. Made a bit easier by setting up Touch ID. Can’t do the same on my husbands phone it won’t accept anything we put in. Our alarm supplier don’t seem to understand what is going on. All in all, useable if you can get round the technology but useless if you can’t. Update: engineer eventually came. Looked at control panel - last engineer hadn’t set the control panel right to use with app. Rectified but only with engineer giving me endless instructions. If I lose the app again I fear I will not get it to work. So good when it works but ITS NOT USER FRIENDLY TO SET UP.
Oh my goodness when the alarm sounds on your phone it’s like WORLD WAR III
-- Techy addict, 2024-08-30

### ***** "Brilliant"
Fantastic service can’t fault it would highly recommend
-- ducati as, 2024-08-06

### ***** "Great ssrvice"
Simple alarm that totally does the job
-- Anchoa35, 2024-06-14
