I really like this app, I’m currently using it for the skeleton it doesn’t have EVERY single notch and fossa but it has majority, it’s definitely worth getting, wish I could see the skull separately but it’s great for what it is I also really like the isolation feature! It’s a good app you should get it!
Detailed and simple to use (free version)
This app goes into great detail in both graphics and information. It also lets you isolate parts for a better view. The camera controls are also simple to use.
The only downside I see so far is the high GPU usage which could cause the hardware to heat up. To be fair, however, the high GPU usage is expected from a high graphics- oriented app.
Overall, it is great for the educational and medical fields.
👎🏼
The app always took over 2 min to launch and now it doesn’t even work anymore
Can’t even get into the stupid app and I paid for itWorst app ever,
Horrible app not at all like described and I will persist in getting a refund
Great app to teach
I use the app to teach my patients. It’s such a helpful visual tool.
Worst app ever,
Horrible app not at all like described and I will persist in getting a refund
Multiple perspectives
I am an artist —to have access to the bone structure from multiple perspectives gives me a good grasp on the anatomy. Plus it’s FREE —that never hurts.
Very lean. Too expensive. A very poor, overpriced reference.
Regrets, b/c I always take my time and think twice before writing a negative review, but this one compelled me to do so:
First, if you are an artist looking for anatomical reference—forget it! Not this one. The app provides one male figure, in one statice position (no ability to move limbs, etc.); no female figure available.
I can get a lot more information with available free anatomical apps. I paid for this one thinking that I will have just that one more reference.
I don’t often get duped, but this one did it.
(If the developer is listening, I purchased the ‘muscle’ option for some $14+ and I would appreciate a refund.)
Great learning tool
I use Anatomy 3D all the time as an artists learning tool. The functionality that shows layers of musculature and lets you toggle individual muscles on and off is incredibly useful.
This is great
I have been using this to study anatomy for art, it’s perfect
