## Visual Support Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Still in Use?"
Anyone using this app? How do you use a sms to initiate? Would like to use to help mother with her iPhone remotely. Could it be use for this scenario?
-- whitebearguy, 2021-05-24

### *---- "Spam calls after installing this"
Too many robo calls and spam calls from past 3 days, no idea if they used my information. Be careful with this one coz this is the only new app I installed. I haven’t done anything else on my phone or given my phone number anywhere else.
-- 1A1A1A111111, 2021-05-19

### *---- "Visual Support App"
Couldn’t get application to connect to my doctor calling me
-- !!!Mercy, 2020-04-28

### ***-- "Good app"
But need something for my deaf patients!!
-- skypug, 2020-04-24

### ****- "Great app"
The app is great for easily accessing the information needed for technicians to be able to visually diagnose a problem. A few customers have trouble understanding how to use the app and cannot get it to work. The flow is nice though it’s slow. Companies don’t use it to invent ways to void your warranty they use it to see if you are already following the guidelines to be under warranty.
-- XanMaryn, 2020-04-21

### ***** "Seems legit"
Nordictrack used this to help troubleshoot an issue I was having. Was suspicious initially but worked great and made the process much quicker and a whole lot easier.
-- JESS- NY, 2019-11-15

### ***** "Easy to use app"
I installed this application so NordicTrack could inspect a failed monitor for my treadmill that was still under warranty. The application worked fine with no issues.

I could see how NordicTrack might use this to not send out unnecessary parts, but also catch people abusing or doing things outside the manufacture warranty.
-- Harleyd4477, 2017-12-12

### *---- "Do not install this"
I installed this application so that Nordictrack could inspect equipment that had failed. They used it to invent a reason to void the guarantee
