### **--- "May 2021: App Keeps Crashing!"
This app no longer works. It immediately crashes when clicked on. Won’t open at all. Please fix.

Was disappointed that the Daily Reminder feature has been eliminated from this latest version of the app. UPDATE: The Daily Reminder function is still there but you can no longer customize the sound of the alert tones. Also, the hypnotic narration seems to have been shortened and changed substantially. Wish there was a way to get the old version back.

I have been searching a long time for a meditation like this. I honestly have not been able to stay awake to hear the end of it, because it is so relaxing that I fall asleep.  Although I didn't purchase this for sleep , I definitely needed something to reduce stress and anxiety do to a medical condition which has been interfering with sleep. This has truly helped with all three conditions.  I look forward to listening to this everyday! I have others meditations by the same narrator, but this is hands down the best in my opinion.

I have used Andrew Johnson's "Relax" and "Deep Sleep" apps to great success and so thought I would try this one since I suffer from frequent headaches.  

I am not someone who believes in a lot of "new age" kind of stuff and I've never really tried meditation before, but this app is incredible. It leaves me with a physical feeling of euphoria all over my body, as though I've taken some delightful drug. I don't know why this works so well, but it really does.
