Life is full of challenges and stresses. This app is a really easy way of relaxing and allaying anxieties. I spent £15 on a meditation CD recently and really regret it. This app is so much more effective than the tripe CD I purchased.

There is a bit of nonsense about the creative universe in there which puts me off. It's fine if that is your thing but the other, more down to earth ones, are all much better for me.

I have several of Andrew's apps. Most reviews say how good they are at sending you to sleep. Well that's true but it's a bit of a waste as the 'main' part of each programme contains really powerful suggestions that should be heard in the hypnotic trance state. For my money the Success app is the most inspiring albeit also challenging. Very positive and forward looking inspiring a happy and positive attitude to life. Thanks.

Wow! This app has worked for me. After being a stay at home mum with children grown up. It was time for me to become "me" again. I did courses and began a new career at 40 in something I loved. I was afraid. This app reminded me of who I was. I became mentally the 25yr old again who could achieve anything. I realised who I was. Not someones mother but me again. All courses complete I began my new career. I have excelled above and beyond. I am having so much fun doing what I want to do. Earning my own money and being successful. A year to get there. But I am a success now. I owe alot to Andrew. Yes I have worked hard to get here. But I know inside I am the confident 25yr old girl who can achieve anything. I have already downloaded the Relaxation and Deep Sleep apps which are excellent HOWEVER this app was disappointing has NOTHING TO DO WITH SUCCESS it's just another relaxation app. I read the other reviews before I downloaded it and believed it was about success but this app must have been changed behind the scenes as there is nothing about success on it. I'd like a refund 😥 as I simply didn't get what was advertised my rating would be no stars but it won't allow me to do so it's a 1

They do work.... Honest!
I at first was a bit weary thinking he just goes on about relaxing and sleeping, with no hint of him talking about the subject, but......
This is the really clever bit, because it's so good at sending you straight to sleep. You should be fast asleep by the time he starts "brain washing" you! Don't believe me, try it! (well if you can stay awake that is). The program comes in two parts. First just gets you into a deep sleep. Second kicks in a couple of mins after the first and kinda brain washes.
I've got six of his apps and I would say this is one of his better ones.

I have had a number of sessions with a hypnotherapist and never felt like I was really under until I tried this app. It sends me to sleep and wakes me up and I feel fantastic. It reslly halps you seize the day. I now use several of these apps on rotation. No more trouble getting to sleep. Really Wonderful and it really works.

I have about 9 of Andrews apps and this is one of the best. Wen I listen to this I wake up feeling like a supercharged version of myself. Conversations flow better, I feel more confident and the things I say are more intelligent. It helps me have more of those days wen you look back before bed and think "today was a good day".
