Let’s face it. Losing weight is tough. Months of calorie counting, denial and exercise and no clear idea of what you’ll look like after all that hard work. Finally, after years of research with the Cleveland Clinic and the University of Colorado Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, comes the first scientifically accurate, photographic weight change app, Visualize You. Unlike conventional photo manipulations that stretch or pinch images, the Visualize You weight change viewer modifies the volume of your neck and face based upon clinically verified weight change dynamics. The resulting image of the new you is accurate, photorealistic and represents your specific target weight loss goal, whether modest or significant.  

HOW IT WORKS

In three easy steps, the Visualize You app transforms your image to show the dramatic effects of weight loss.  Alternately, you can set a heavier target weight to see the negative effects of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle.  To get started, simply upload your photo from your library or use your smart phone to take a photo of your current self. Information guides imbedded in the app will help you take the best resulting image. After entering your height, weight, and desired target weight, define and adjust your image using the intuitive touch screen controls.  Hit the ‘next’ button and, voilà, the new you will appear on your phone, providing inspiration and motivation to reach your target weight loss goal. You can even save and send the new you image to your support team of family and friends who will encourage you to achieve your desired weight goal.

This is completely ridiculous, crashes every time I try to take a new picture and any pre-existing picture I upload just gets warped because it’s trying to slim down hair and twist faces into alien shapes lol. It’s impossible to get accurate because the lines you’re supposed to match to the sides of cheeks and corners of mouth physically don’t go as narrow as they need to so they’re always an inch off the sides of any face in any picture I use, which means it doesn’t change what it needs to.

Omg this is the worst app ever! It was only £1.99 but I’d like my money back please. I put in a target weight loss of 2 stone and I swear my picture did not change even 1mm! It does not motivate you to lose weight. If I thought that is what I would really look like after 2st weight loss I wouldn’t bother! You might as well spend the money on cake 😂 -1 star!

I have lost weight but thought I’d use my ‘before’ shots to see if the ‘after’ they suggested was accurate. It was HILARIOUS!! I looked like an alien with a tiny chin and huge forehead. You’d be better to use one of those normal apps that allow you to enlarge/reduce or skew objects. This was truly horrific (if not a little funny). The laugh though was not worth the £1.99 price tag. Can I get my money back?
