## Vital Glass Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "disgusting app"
I haven’t been able to use the app or top up my account for four days now. It keeps showing an error. I’ll be calling the company on Monday, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the apps.
-- OlgaMerk, 2026-03-29

### *---- "App issues"
Constantly having to pay online or via phone service as app just buffers. Can’t see my credit and when I click on top up just white page loads. I unfortunately had no choice as this was already installed when I moved but please already fix your buggy app if your forcing people to use it
-- Never use vital energy, 2026-03-28

### *---- "Useless"
Fails every time you want to top your account. The payment screen never works. I will file a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman! Something has to change
-- Lika Zoe, 2026-02-23

### *---- "Whoever made this app needs beating with sticks."
I hope the developers who made this app die a slow and painful death.
-- george Abudegwenge, 2026-02-23

### *---- "Hopeless"
Doesn’t seem to work or update most of the time. Asking for support gets you no where too! 👎👎
-- Hutchie100, 2025-11-05

### *---- "Poor quality"
One of the worst quality apps I have used
-- sal9912, 2025-08-31

### ***** "Muhammad"
Excellent work
-- Muhammad Leicester, 2025-08-14

### *---- "Horrible UI"
It seems like it was built by a 16 year old for their computer science class. Horrible UI, difficult to make payments as the UI isn’t intuitive at all. When you get something wrong it doesn’t say what you need to change or fill in to sort out. But hey, at least the payment go through.

Not optimised at all, clunky login screen.

If you ever plan on making a change, I’m happy to give you some free advice on how to make it more friendly, out of the goodness of my heart.
-- SomeUser/12, 2025-02-03

### *---- "Terrible user experience"
No integration with keychain, city name is not saved in the saved address, visual glitches overall. Obviously the company does not care
-- Gevial, 2025-02-01

### *---- "terrible"
they have one job and they can't even do that. 3 years this app has been running and they can't even display the correct figures of your bill thinking that you've got money in your account and then your heating and water gets cut off, the only thing you can actually do on the app is top up your balance, the reviews speak for themselves if I could give no stars I would unfortunately I had to give one
