I believe in neurofeedback. This app will claim no connection with the headphones despite the headphones being connected. The programs will not work if you want to do a 10 minute session on a random Tuesday and there is nothing you can do about it. And sometimes you just get pushed out of the app in the middle of a session, to pay a monthly for this? Nah.

I love this system and the many different modes it has. I used to have trouble sleeping. Now I do a short meditation and then a VN sleep session before bed, and I sleep soundly EVERY night. I’m recovering from a concussion, and using the computer gives me headaches. If I do cognitive modes when I am using the computer, I can stay on longer with fewer symptoms. The relax and meditate modes reduce my tension and "fight or flight" symptoms that the concussion causes. This system has made a huge difference in my life!
