Where is the option to book ice skating on the app?
Navigation of the app is poor and it is not very user friendly. Also how come you can’t book bowling on the app or ice skating?
I cannot access, cannot get in, repeatedly requested new password but no reply
Proving impossible to register and log into my account. I’d imagine the direct debit will work perfectly though. Seriously, get it sorted. Very poor indeed!!
It is so difficult to do the simple task of taking the kids swimming! Really puts me off going!
I am a Vitality member. I attend the water aerobics and also the water Zumba. As a paying member each month I am finding that the classes r getting booked up before I can get a chance to book. Because of my health issues I cannot use the other facilities that you offer. I am finding that a week would pass without me being able to book a class as they are all booked and there are no spaces left. Even when I set my alarm to go on line to book for the following week I lose out. I received an email to inform me of additional class during the mornings. I have still to see these new classes on the booking app! The amount of people on the waiting list is quite large especially for this week. I cannot get booked so therefore I’m paying my fee every month. But what for? Can I suggest that the management should rethink these aqua classes. They need to increase the number of people in the classes if they can or put on more classes to suit everyone. I can attend mornings and lunch times and I know that a lot of ladies can also do this. Having recently signed up as a family of four trying to navigate the app to book all family members is extremely frustrating. Looked liked I had linked all family but can only book classes etc for myself. Not very user friendly. Yes I can see classes, opening times etc but booking is a nightmare
Great membership, great app design…. But NO table tennis option for any of the activity centres! There’s badminton and “pickle ball” (whatever that is) but no table tennis option on any of the locations (which all have table tennis!) I wouldn’t be surprised if a few other options are missing too. Get a membership though, it’s well worth it.
Clunky, unresponsive and slow. Can’t manage family accounts. Waste of time
