## Vitality Description
Vitality is an AI calorie counter and protein tracker for everyday meals and cuisines from around the world. Type or say “2 eggs, toast and a latte” and it works as a calorie calculator and protein calculator in one, estimating calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre in seconds.

It helps you track and calculate nutrients for home-cooked meals and regional dishes, including foods you can’t easily find in a database. There are no ads, and food logging by text or voice, workout tracking and progress charts are free.

AI CALORIE TRACKER FOR EVERY CUISINE
- Type any meal in plain English: chicken tacos, pasta with pesto, tofu stir-fry, dal and rice, lentil soup or salmon with potatoes. The high accuracy AI calorie counter estimates nutrition for your meal, including home-style recipes.
- Speak your meal instead of typing when your hands are busy, or snap a photo when that’s easier.
- Track yesterday’s breakfast from Recent Meals, or save your usual lunch in My Meals.
