Link your Apple Health and/or an activity tracker to the Vitality Member App to start earning points towards rewards, from a handcrafted drink with Caffè Nero to cinema tickets with ODEON or Vue, on us.

The Vitality Member App allows you to:

* Track Vitality Programme progress
* Provide an overview of the products you have with Vitality
* Track progress towards your Active Rewards including Caffè Nero and ODEON/Vue
* Link multiple devices to track activity including Apple Health, Garmin, Polar, Withings and Fitbit
* Track your Vitality status
* Browse the other partner benefits available to you
* Access to support areas for device linking
* View articles from the latest magazine


Collecting your activity data

If you link Apple Health to the Vitality Member App, step data will be automatically sent to Vitality every 2 hours. Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed.

Important Information

You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.

No longer receives data from Apple Health app

My 2nd review for this app as I’m really struggling with it. Over the last few months, I’ve noticed that despite being connected, the Health App isn’t feeding data to Vitality. Support team has suggested that I keep a record of my workouts and email them to the team! Not helpful at all. This feels like an important thing to rectify given that it affects my Vitality status and future renewal premiums.

App is still terrible and the customer service is shocking. What’s frustrating, is that the reward scheme could be so good - alas the App let’s it down every time.

Rubbish app

Every year we are encouraged to complete the app requirements and submit more and more personal health info yet in my experience the app performs worse and is counter productive as it drives me mad with the issues it has. This year has been the worst with activities not being recorded and worse still when queried with the staff they either don’t understand or just fob you off. I’ve got points missing and have given up sending screen shots from Garmin as they say they are included already. Clearly not as I state , you have given me no points on dates where I should have 8 meaning my weekly 40 point target is running short. It’s pretty rubbish to say the least . As for rewards, for example it used to be a cinema ticket each once a week for achievements, now it’s one ticket a month and not even each. I’m losing the will

Points update completely hit and miss

Have app linked to Apple health and have Apple Watch. Sometimes it updates steps and exercise, sometimes it doesn’t - no rhyme or reason to it it seems. Means I’m missing out on huge numbers of points.

Okay but slow to update

I like the app and it has loads of useful functionality relating to my policy. Only bugbear is that sometimes it’s slow in updating g my stars and on a number of occasions it’s failed to correctly record them at all.

Website looks simple but very difficult to collect on the rewards promised. Little practical help on offer. It’s one of the worst websites I’ve come across.

Needs an update

Hardly every syncs or updates from Apple Watch correctly and have to delete app and Reina and even that doesn’t always work. Rubbish

Overall a good app but has glitches too often.

This is probably one of the buggiest apps on iOS. Even on the most modern of iPhones be prepared to wait 30 seconds before the app tells you it can’t login for unknown reasons. Activities will be slow to sync if the bother to sync at all.
